Discount codes
If you received a discount code, you can enter it in the corresponding box at checkout. If your code doesn't work, it may be no longer active, has already been used, or the promotional period has expired.
Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter by clicking the "Subscribe to our newsletter" link on any page of our website.
If you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, please send an email to mailing@tecny-stand.com with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. You can also click the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button at the bottom of the newsletter we send.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, send an email with your information and the words "CANCEL ORDER" to the following address: info@tecny-stand.com.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it within 14 business days from the date the purchase was received.
Return
If you wish to return a purchased product, you have 14 business days from delivery to notify the company via email.
The costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer.
The refund will be issued by bank transfer once the company has verified the condition of the returned merchandise, which must be in its original packaging.
In the event that the item presents a manufacturing defect, we will proceed to return and refund the full amount of your purchase by bank transfer as long as TECNY STAND has been notified within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the merchandise .
Incidents
Upon delivery of the merchandise, the customer must check that the product is in good condition, free of dents, scratches, or breaks.
If the product is damaged, the customer must note this on the carrier's delivery note and notify TECNY STAND within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Delivery times
The company will deliver the merchandise within an estimated period of 3-5 business days .
Shipping times may vary depending on several factors, such as inclement weather, holidays like Christmas, summer, or the distance from your city to the provincial capital.
The carriers are companies outside of our control, and we have no control over them once the shipment has been made.
Order status
Once you've successfully placed your order, we'll send you a purchase confirmation email. We'll also send you an email when your order leaves our warehouse with a tracking link.
