Purchase conditions

For access the platform To purchase and place and manage orders, you must use an email address and provide delivery and billing information using the form. Prices do not include VAT. Taxes will be calculated on the checkout screen. The language used by the company will be Spanish.

Payment procedure

Payment will be made by credit card (Maestro, VISA, Mastercard).

Delivery procedure

The company will deliver the merchandise within an estimated 2-5 business days, if the requested product is in stock.

The shipping price is indicated on the product purchase form.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, or Portugal, please email info@tecny-stand.com and our Logistics Department will help you find an alternative option.

Shipping times may vary depending on several factors, such as inclement weather, holidays like Christmas and summer, or the distance from your city to the provincial capital.

The carriers are companies outside of our control, and we have no control over them once the shipment has been made.

Product Warranty

The products delivered have a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Cancellation, changes or returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email with your details and the words "CANCEL ORDER" to the following address: info@tecny-stand.com. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it within 14 days of receiving the purchase.

In the event that the item has a factory defect, we will proceed to return and refund the full amount of your purchase as long as TECNY STAND has been notified in a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise .

Any defect or deterioration that may be noticed in the transported goods must be stated in the carrier's delivery note upon receiving merchandise and communicating it to TECNY STAND in a maximum period of 24 hours .

Return costs will be borne by the customer. Under no circumstances will returns or claims be accepted for merchandise after 14 days of receipt. If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued by bank transfer.

In the event of any discrepancy, withdrawal or dissatisfaction with the purchased product, you must inform us in writing at the following email address: info@tecny-stand.com within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchase.

Article 103. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:

  1. a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
  2. b) The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  4. d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  5. e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  6. f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  7. g) The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of entering into the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot control.
  8. h) Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the entrepreneur to visit them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides additional services beyond those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to those additional services or goods.
  9. i) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  10. j) The supply of daily newspapers, periodical publications or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
  11. k) Contracts concluded through public auctions.
  12. l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.
  13. m) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with the knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
